How do I place an order?

Choose your product, select the size/options, add to cart, and complete checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email or SMS/WhatsApp (if provided).

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on your location and stock availability. Estimated delivery will appear at checkout or be confirmed after order placement. Mattress : Within 4 days
Beds :  Within 10 days
Pillows: All over Egypt

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If the order hasn’t been shipped, or not custom order we can usually help. Contact customer support as soon as possible with your order number.
